SQUADS

A group of people who train together 2x a week at the same time and place with a dedicated coach.

WHAT IS 'SQUADS'?

WORKOUTS ARE A MIX OF STRENGTH & CONDITIONING. 

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS. WITH SHORT INTENSE INTERVALS

Squads meet every Monday & Wednesday / Tuesday & Thursday for a 55 min strength & conditioning workout + 15 min of coffee & banter.
