Can I join at any time?

Absolutely! You can join a training block whenever you like. The programs are ongoing and progress weekly. If you join mid-block, we recommend starting in the current week to stay aligned with other members. This allows for a better training experience, with coaches guiding you in real-time while keeping you up to date with the rest of the community.

How is the program delivered?

All program materials are available in the WodUp app, including workouts, coaching videos, nutrition guidance, and tracking tools.

Do I get lifetime access to the program?

Yes! Once enrolled, you’ll retain lifetime access to the program through the WodUp app.

Is coaching support available?
