Can I join at any time?
Absolutely! You can join a training block whenever you like. The programs are 6-weeks long and progress weekly.
How is the program delivered?
All program materials are available in the Wod-Up app, including workouts, coaching videos. Meals will be delivered to The Shed and one can pick up and go straight to the office (meal prep made easy...).
How does the payment work?
Once enrolled, you’ll retain 4-week access to the challenge. Having said that, one will need to complete two payments for the total duration of the challenge.
Is coaching support available?
Absolutely! Our coaches are available in house and online to answer your questions and provide support. For additional tips and insights, check out our Instagram page.
